Thank you’s are also very much appreciated. We generally do not have last minute appointments unless there has been a cancellation so please prebook. We ask that you respect our cancellation policy of 24 hour notice so we can fill our gaps in a timely manner and give our waitlist some notice. As well as no shows - please just give us any sort of communication, we are here ready and waiting to serve you then end up with a gap in our day that could have been filled. There is a no show fee of 50% of the service. If you decide to change your service when you arrive you will still be charged for the full appointments booked as we cannot fill this spot now. Please show up on time! Not early and not late please. If you are late we will have to shorten your appointment or reschedule. We don’t make the public’s health guideline but we ask that you follow and respect them while visiting the spa. Thank you 🤍
